I own and operate a small  scrapbooking store, with a full coffee bar, because, lets face it, who can create without coffee? I love to be surrounded by creative people, the smell of fresh brewed coffee and memories of my family in the form of scrapbook pages and photographs.

I am married to my high school sweetheart for 26 years, and we have 6 children and 7 grandchildren. I live in a small town in Oregon, the heart of Oregon Wine Country, they say.

This is the beginning of a new stage in my life, of creativity, independence, and a healthier me!  I started Medifast, February 8th, 2010. So far I love it. I will be posting updates on that regularly also.
