Altered Boxes

Our workshop on Saturday was awesome! We altered a variety of items! Boxes, Trays and even an Album.. Everyone was so happy with their project and was ready to go home and start another! Here are some samples of what we did:

This picnic tray was made from Bare Elements Ian Tray, by Dot Hays. Painted, and mod podged. It turned out to be a favorite!

Using a plain tall shipping box, Dot Hays used an assortment of 4th of July papers to finish this cute planter! She lined it with a plastic bag then planted the flowers right in it!

Jennifer Hasler created this adorable Wall Album of her nephew, using a Kaiser craft Hanging wall album and K & Co. Papers and embellishments.

These two beautiful boxes were ordinary shoe boxes. Mary Hines chose a playful Spring theme, while Shirley Hankins decided she prefered the Graphic 45 Fashinista Papers.

Both turned out beautiful!

Bare Elements Treasure Box, altered by Holly Maahs, using Graphic 45's Communique Collection.
Remember, any box can be transformed into a work of art! Filled with Stationery, flowers, candy, or anything really, can be a wonderful gift for anyone!
